Driver's License valid in the State of North Carolina.

Successful completion of SBI background check with required fingerprinting by Sheriff Office.

Successful completion of Transylvania County standard background check.

Successful completion of drug screening.

An associate's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, along with at least one (1) year of related experience; however, neither is required.

Completion of North Carolina Department of Revenue's Fundamentals of Listing and Assessing, Personal Property Appraisal and Assessment and IAAO Course 101 Fundamentals of Real Property Appraisal and examination within one (1) year of employment.

Daily/ Weekly Phone call schedule with various time zones (from USA west coast time zone to Japan time zone)

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field

8 years of experience in sales, marketing, CS, or related functions

Experience working with external entities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Exposure to distributor/dealer management or partner coordination preferred

Aviation industry knowledge preferred but not required

Foreign language proficiency a plus

$16.00/hour
