59-64CPM base plus monthly performance bonus*

Earn a base of 59-64CPM based on verified flatbed experience.

In 2026, our solo OD drivers are on pace to earn an average of $84,000, and our top 20% average $110,000 (year-to-date gross pay, projected to year-end).*

Earn a monthly performance bonus of 1-4CPM on all miles, earning 1CPM for each 1,000 miles you run over your monthly mileage minimum.

Driver referral bonus: $1,500 per hired team, $500 per hired solo driver.

Orientation pay ($1,750, paid in two installments)

Layover pay ($150/day if no load or 24hr downtime)

Detention pay ($20/hr after 4 hrs, max 8 hrs per day)

Clean inspection bonus ($75 Level 1, $50 Level 2, $25 Level 3)

License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a driving record that meets company insurability standards

Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.

Touch freight – may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly.

Flexibility – overtime as required, weekends and holidays as business needs require.

1 year customer delivery experience preferred.

6 months hand cart/hand truck experience preferred.

6 months Food and Beverage experience preferred.
