EPA Certification

A valid driver's license

At least 3 years of US driving experience

$30.00 - $43.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.

Rotational on-call and emergency response schedules

Valid North Carolina H1 or H2 HVAC License required

Must be a Certified HVAC Technician

HVAC Diploma, Trade School certification, or equivalent technical training required

Experience operating and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems and building automation systems required

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, preventative maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting

Must maintain all required licenses and certifications

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Must be comfortable traveling throughout the greater Charlotte service area

5?7+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred

Experience with Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or similar BAS platforms preferred

EPA Universal Certification preferred

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment specifications preferred

A High School Diploma or equivalent required

Typically at least 2-5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC Installation

Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)

Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

Technical School or formal training is preferred.

State Contractor Licenses Preferred (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer etc.).
