Graduation from a Cardiovascular / Ultrasound program or equivalent experience
Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, PE), or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS) certification in Pediatrics by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) required
Fetal Echocardiography (FE) preferred
Two years minimum pediatric echocardiography work experience in performing M-Mode, 2-D, 3-D, Doppler, and color Doppler required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
Education: Graduation from a school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Work Experience: 2-4 years
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
The ability to travel to outreach locations working with the Pediatric Cardiologist and support team
Ability to take call for the Pediatric Echo Lab
