Groundskeeper Qualifications
Past experience working in maintenance
Knowledge of landscaping practices and procedures
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
Very strong computer skills
Computer knowledge is a necessity, if you cannot operate a mouse & keyboard efficiently, you will not be a good match for this Position
Very strong fine motor skills
Need to be able to type on a keyboard accurately & click a mouse without any impediment
Basic mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to problem solve quickly and find effective solutions to issues that arise
Capable of learning new skills quickly
Ability to collaborate & work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele
Able to operate a sit-mower, weed-wacker, & other power tools
Read electric meters & record them into a computer
You need to be able to drive an RV
You need to be able to assist Guests pulling into the business who need extra help parking their RV
