1st Shift

Regular, predictable, full attendance

High School diploma or equivalent required

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn in-house systems required.

Must be able to work varied schedule including weekend and early morning/late afternoon shifts, when required

Flexible to work overtime required

Ability to read, write, and speak English required

Ability to follow directions, and basic math skills required

Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.

The associate must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs

The associate may be required to stand, walk, and sit for 8 hours.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

At least one year of inventory control experience

At least one year of shipping/receiving office/clerk experience

At least one year of customer service representative experience

Prior use of warehouse management systems and scanners preferred (Blue Yonder/JDA is a plus)

Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Office suite preferred.

Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

Servicing at least 10 hours in Week 1

Servicing at least 10 hours in Week 2

Servicing at least 30 hours per week in Weeks 3 and 4

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)
