Bachelor's Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience supporting real estate or facilities services
3-5 years of sourcing and contract management experience
Excellent PC skills with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Required to conduct frequent facility rounds and physical inspections of building conditions
Must be able to inspect equipment and verify it is in working order
On-site coverage required during weekend production schedules as needed
Must be capable of conducting walking tours throughout facilities for safety and operational assessments
Must be available for extended hours to provide managerial coverage as required
