Must be proficient in the care and handling, installation, adjustment, lubrication and maintenance of anti-friction bearings.
Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
Must have the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Applicant must have both verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Must be able to read and understand assigned blueprints prior to starting a project
Ability to properly and safely MiG weld, stick weld, and arc gouging required
Must be able to safely perform gang-welding techniques (dos and don'ts)
Must inspect metal prior to welding for smoothness and acceptability and clean welds to presentable state (grinding operations)
Must maintain welding machines by keeping them clean and changing liners in the welding guns
Year of Welding experience required
Must be trained in and know PPE requirements for welding including hood and filter shades and arm/body protection
Must be able to safely use cranes and forklifts
High School Diploma or GED required
Follows company policies and procedures at all times
Must be able to read and understand weld symbols
Follows proper safety rules and procedures at all times
Must be able to safely weld vertical, flat, and overhead with both MiG and stick
