High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years of experience as a Millwright, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or related mechanical maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, bearings, gears, motors, conveyors, and power transmission components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, and technical drawings.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Strong troubleshooting
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with appropriate lifting equipment.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
Ability to work in manufacturing environments with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and work around moving machinery.
Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and must be worn at all times.
