Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment, measuring devices.

Be on feet, bend/stoop/squat/kneel, climb stairs, push/pull, reach above shoulder, climb ladders, grasp/grip/turn, finger dexterity, lift/carry up to 75lbs, be able to read and understand maintenance forms and warning labels.

Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

HVAC certification preferred.

$20.81 to $26.01 per hour.

Part-Time

First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Availability to work at least three shifts per week, including weekends.

Must be flexible to work afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business operations.

This is a 24/7 operation, so holiday coverage is required.

Christmas Day is the only exception unless an event is scheduled.

Flexibility is offered to take alternate days off when holidays are worked.
