Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural, Construction, or similar industry and/or combination of degree and 10 years of industry specific work experience
Minimum seven (7) years of Infrastructure Solutions, Building Energy Solutions, ESCO, large commercial HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical project management experience
Experience with State of New Jersey / energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP)

Position requires a valid driver's license, as travel to project sites is required
PMP certification preferred

Experience and knowledge of Topographic Surveying and Boundary and Right of Way Investigation
Exceptional note and record keeping ability
Ability to produce quality survey products based on sound judgement and professional knowledge

Capable of leading and mentoring field and office personnel daily
