2-4 years of construction or facility maintenance trades experience
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, including blueprints and schematic drawings
Capability to perform manual labor indoors and outdoors for extended periods in various conditions
Physical ability to lift and move objects, climb ladders, work at heights greater than ten feet, and access small or cramped spaces
Ability to stand, kneel, or walk for extended periods while performing maintenance tasks
Must pass background investigation and drug screening due to access requirements for secured building areas
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
