Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science (or minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a related technical field)
Minimum 5 years of experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle and systems engineering processes (e.g., per DoDI 5000.97)
Ability to work onboard Navy ships or other platforms for short testing periods
Ability to work onsite up to 5 days per week, depending upon client needs. Occasional telework may be available.
Self-starter who is willing to both take the lead and provide support in a team role in a complex, fast-paced, cross-disciplinary work environment and identify problems and provide solutions
Ability to generate, evaluate, and guide technical reports, briefings, and other stakeholder communications
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with MS Project
Active Secret clearance is required, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
