Work a full shift

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Ability to work in a spray or paint booth and perform assigned duties while wearing a respirator.

Ability to work a full shift in hot or cold conditions and meet the role's physical demands, including standing, walking, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, pushing, pulling, and periodically lifting 10 to 100 pounds or operating hoist equipment.

Previous industrial painting experience is a plus.

Primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday

For a minimum of 20 hours per week

Will likely scale up during periods of peak customer demand, such as tax season

Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Familiarity with Circular 230

Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location

Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms.

Must be willing to use your name, picture for advertising on goggle.

Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.

Must reside within the United States.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit

Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development. Training requirements are subject to change based on business needs and the company reserves the right to introduce additional requirements at any time

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus

Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
