Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
4-8 years of experience in simulation software, systems integration, or distributed systems.
Strong C++ and Python programming skills.
Experience with HLA, DIS, TENA, or similar distributed simulation technologies.
Familiarity with API-based architectures and tools.
Experience working with technical interface documents (ICDs/IDDs).
Knowledge of GitLab, JIRA, and CI/CD development processes.
Ability to translate technical requirements into software solutions.
Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
Familiarity with MBSE or Cameo Systems Modeler.
Experience with virtualization and containerized environments.
Active Secret Security Clearance required.
The ability to obtain a top-secret clearance.
Experience with military simulation or training systems.
Familiarity with JSE, SCARS, GRID, or similar simulation environments.
Experience developing or testing APIs and software integrations.
Knowledge of aircraft or flight simulation models.
Exposure to cybersecurity, RMF, or DoD compliance requirements.
Experience supporting system integration, verification, and validation efforts.
