Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
5+ years of manufacturing engineering or related industrial experience
Experience in heat exchanger, pressure vessel, heavy fabrication, or engineered-to-order manufacturing (Preferred).
Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/layout software
Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing or capital projects from concept through implementation
Experience with manufacturing layouts, process flows, capacity analysis, and production optimization
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with production employees, technical teams, suppliers, and senior leadership
PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus
Strong project management skills with experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams
Experience developing or improving manufacturing processes in a production environment
