Total Target Cash Pay Range: $57,600 - $100,900, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $43,200 - $75,675

Strong technical knowledge of Upgrade plant equipment, unit operations, procedures/SOCLs, operator responsibilities, and key performance/safe-operation indicators.

Working knowledge of DCS, SIS, alarms, interlocks, and plant process control systems.

Strong leadership, planning, organization, prioritization, and change-leadership skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving capability, including RCA, 5-Why, and cause-and-effect techniques.

Detail oriented with a strong commitment to learning, developing new skills, and continuously improving work processes.

Strong computer skills, including SAP, Microsoft Office products, and PI.
