High School Diploma/GED
3+ years of experience working within a community health setting or community outreach experience
2+ years of professional experience working with diverse multi-ethnic and socioeconomic populations
1+ years of field-based experience
Intermediate level of computer experience with the ability to navigate a Windows Environment, especially Microsoft Excel
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
Ability to have flexibility with scheduled hours based on member's availability and/or needs
Ability to plan routes for best time management of schedule and travel time/distance
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Must reside within a commutable distance to Oklahoma City and surrounding communities in Oklahoma
Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license enabling you to travel to member homes and communities within a designated area
