Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Must be 18 years or older.

Ability to understand and communicate basic maintenance instructions in English(verbal/written).

Basic experience or exposure in at least one maintenance trade or component, such as mechanical, electrical, lubrication, or welding.

Ability to work indoors/outdoors environments (heat, cold, dust, and noise) while performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, twisting, and working at heights (4 feet and above), with or without reasonable accommodation.

Prior experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment.

Exposure to basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, inspections, or parts replacement.

Familiarity with basic hand tools or power tools.

Technical training, certifications, or trade school coursework relevant to industrial maintenance, or related military experience

$35.00- $45.00 per hour DOE

Sign on Bonus: Up to $3,000.00 DOE

5+ years of commercial experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

Active EPA Certification

Valid driver's license

Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations.

Pre-employment background screening (criminal and MVR for driving positions) and drug testing are required for all positions.
