Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools and platforms.
Proficient knowledge of residential construction.
Proficient knowledge of property claims contracts and interpretation of case law and state laws and regulations.
Proficient negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven investigatory, analytical, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel 50-75% of the year (local & non-local) and/or work catastrophe duty when needed.
Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.

Knowledge of and experience with jet engine construction and hardware, knowledge of the function of engine sections and parts, with an understanding of their relationship to other engine sections and parts
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (building reports, spreadsheets, general formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint (presentations, reporting, etc.)
Demonstrated commitment to the Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and International Trade & Compliance (ITC) programs by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training and supporting all EH&S; & ITC committee activities
Ability to work 1st shift (0700-1600), as well as extra time as necessary to ensure completion of assigned tasks; may be called in off-hours to answer job-related questions
Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally and overtime may be required
