Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of Regional Sales Manager or comparable industry experience with a proven record of business growth.
At least five years of experience selling within the construction industry.
Strong sales and factory representative experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business applications.
Experience managing department budgets.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to work with confidential information.
