Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and quality control principles
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions
Proficient in basic computer applications and ERP systems
High school diploma or GED
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations
The employee occasionally will be required hand lift and/or move objects up to **50 pounds**.
