Minimum of 12 months of experience in an assembly or hands on technical role using hand tools and/or power tools
Experience in automotive repair, construction, carpentry, or similar mechanical/assembly environments
OR a minimum of six (6) months of previous manufacturing, military, or related technical experience
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow standardized work instructions with accuracy
Proven ability to retain and apply information, including procedures, safety requirements, and sequencing of tasks
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where quality, reliability, and consistency are critical
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
