Full Time

12 Hour Rotating Shift (Rotates between days and nights every 4 weeks)

Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Must be 18 years or older

Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator

Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

Basic use of computer

Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, etc.

High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience

Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Experience working in a production lab, analyzing samples, and collecting data

Prior experience in production-related work

Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems.

Starting Rate = $31.51 + 5% shift differential if applicable (2nd & 3rd shift)

1.5 Pay over 8 hrs. and over 40

1.5 Pay Saturday and Sunday

1.5 Pay Holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays

Starting salary for position: $31.51 + 5% shift differential (if applicable) per hour.

Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.

Paid Vacation: 1 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

(2nd & 3rd shift)

The production schedule is 3 shifts. Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority.

2+ Years' experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

Be Authorized to work in the US.

A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.

Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.
