Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial
Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering,
testing, or quality, including leadership responsibility in an industrial
manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience implementing or maintaining an ISO 9001-based
quality management system and leading internal or external audits.
Experience with structured problem solving, corrective action, PFMEA,
Control Plans, process capability, inspection, and measurement systems.
Experience leading cross-functional improvement and influencing operations,
engineering, supply chain, and business leadership.
Demonstrated ability to use quality data and KPIs to identify risk,
establish priorities, and drive sustained results.
