High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, manufacturing support, or related technical work
Basic understanding of mechanical systems, hand tools, and diagnostic methods
Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and equipment documentation
Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
Ability to work safely around chemicals, hot equipment, vacuum systems, and electrical components under supervision
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Basic computer skills for logging maintenance activities and reading equipment documentation
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, or reach for extended periods
Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required PPE
Ability to work around heat-producing equipment such as ovens and furnaces
Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, or elevated platforms when required
Visual acuity to inspect equipment and complete detailed maintenance tasks
