At least 10 years of Energy Marshal experience within construction environments.
Data center construction experience, including exposure to complex critical power and cooling systems.
In-depth knowledge of NFPA 70E standards and demonstrated ability to apply them in the field.
Relevant certification related to NFPA 70E and electrical safety in the workplace.
Proven experience writing and implementing energy control plans and procedures.
Ability to read, interpret, and update one-line diagrams for electrical systems.
Extensive hands-on experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) processes for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and stored energy systems.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and NEC requirements related to energized work.
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and influence field personnel regarding safe energy control practices.
Strong documentation and reporting skills, including maintaining logs, permits, and status reports.
