Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Experience utilizing Bluebeam, Procore, and Primavera P6
In-depth mechanical piping knowledge and understanding of mechanical construction practices.
Solid project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls knowledge.
Knowledge of data center, healthcare, hospital, industrial, and mission-critical construction environments.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry managing mechanical construction projects.
Experience managing mechanical construction projects valued up to $15M+ in scope.
Direct mechanical piping experience on construction projects.
Experience managing project financials, forecasting, procurement, subcontractors, schedules, and client relationships.
Experience supporting data center, healthcare, hospital, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 10+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
