The Maintenance Technician role at the Pecatonica location provides 2nd shift support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to drive efficient production in the plant.You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Follow appropriate practices and procedures
Responsibility for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues
Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
Complete all required paperwork and documentation

2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
Working at heights (as stated previously)
Pushing/pulling wheeled equipment and carts up to 100+ pounds
Standing/walking on concrete surfaces for 10+ hour shifts
High school diploma or equivalent
