1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Monday–Thursday)
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull materials as needed
Must follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Able to move, organize, label, and stage materials throughout production and warehouse areas
Able to operate and monitor production equipment and machinery, including saw and cutting equipment as assigned
Able to set up machines and perform changeovers according to work orders and specifications
Read production schedules and record production data accurately
Inspect finished products for quality and verify measurements meet specifications
Prepare, package, tag, and stage finished products for shipping
Load and unload materials and trailers as needed
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to meet customer expectations
Forklift certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain, if applicable)
Basic computer skills and experience with production systems are a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
