High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum 13 years of construction experience

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

Experience with interior finishes, punch list execution, and project closeout activities.

Basic understanding of construction scheduling and subcontractor coordination.

Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Ability to walk active construction sites, climb stairs and ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Background in construction management, construction scheduling, and subcontractor management.

Experience working on apartment, mixed-use, hospitality, or residential subdivision projects.

Preferably on multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, hospitality, or residential construction projects.

Associates degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge of SWPPP requirements and environmental compliance practices is preferred.

Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk Build, or similar platforms is preferred.

Expert knowledge of single systems, parallel racks systems, display cases and walk-ins.

Ability to efficiently troubleshoot commercial and supermarket refrigeration equipment.

Expert knowledge of EMS systems in supermarket applications for wiring and programming (CPC, Novar, Danfoss)

Knowledge of and ability to read blueprints on refrigeration, electrical and plumbing.

Course work at an accredited vocation technical or trade school.

3+ years of supermarket EMS systems.

5 – 7 years of experience in commercial refrigeration; especially experience with parallel rack systems.

Experience and proficient knowledge of supermarket refrigeration.

Environmental Protection Agency I and II Certification required.

Valid Driver's License required at all times.

Solid working knowledge of use of the Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

Technician must carry the skillset up of a Journeyman level

Construction experience in performing installation of refrigeration systems including electrical, plumbing and fixtures.

Pre-employment background screening (criminal and MVR for driving positions) and drug testing are required for all positions.

The ideal candidate should know advanced solid state controls; oil systems safety controls; mechanical sub-cooling; introduction to head pressure controls for energy reduction; introduction to energy management systems (EMS); refrigeration rack oil systems; advanced de-frost diagnosis; and single and parallel compressor system start-up in a supermarket environment.

EMS Certification preferred.
