Candidates must demonstrate hands-on proficiency in the following four areas.
Autodesk Revit: Advanced structural modeling, including custom family creation, view and sheet setup, annotation, schedules, and worksharing in a multi-user environment.
Bluebeam Revu: Daily use for markups, document comparison, quantity measurement, sets management, and collaborative review in Bluebeam Studio.
Building Information Modeling (BIM): Working knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination, Level of Development (LOD) expectations, and model-based deliverables.
Virtual Design and Construction (VDC): Experience using models to plan construction, including clash coordination, sequencing, site logistics, and constructability reviews with field and project teams.
3+ years of structural 3D modeling or drafting experience in construction, industrial, or heavy civil work.
Demonstrated proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, engineering sketches, shop drawings, standards, and specifications.
Understanding of structural steel, timber, and concrete construction and how temporary structures are built and erected.
Must be eligible to obtain any site-specific safety certifications required by clients.
