High school diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years of age.
This role is strictly onsite. All hires must be willing to work at 105 Live Oaks Gardens, Casselberry, FL 32707.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Familiarity with call center software and telecommunication tools
Retail or related customer service experience
Good data entry/keyboard skills; 40 WPM minimum
Experience with channels of support, including voice, social and/or chat.
Proficient in relevant computer applications: internet navigation
Candidates must be willing to complete this process.
