Proven sales track record, including successful territory development, new business acquisition, and achieving sales growth.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal.
Ability to write both technically and commercially.
Strong computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Or equivalent industry experience required.
Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience required (B2B or field sales);
Experience in the agriculture/horticulture market as a grower or IPM staff member is required.
Ability to work with autonomy and willing to travel for business (50%+).
Ability to regularly sit for long periods of time.
Ability to regularly stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to travel (air and ground).
Ability to regularly maneuver in and out of greenhouse and field environments.
