High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or bachelor's degree in social work, human services, finance, business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in financial counseling, case management, housing counseling, banking, nonprofit programs, or a related field
Bilingual: fluent – speak, read, and write Spanish and/or Creole preferred
Must obtain FEC certificate within the first 90 days and maintain annually; training provided by Habitat
Must obtain Anti-Money Laundering certificate within the first 90 days and maintain annually: training provided by Habitat
Must obtain Safeguarding certificate within the first 90 days and maintain annually: training provided by Habitat
