BS Degree in business or related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 8 plus years relevant as a Bid Manager in complex, competitive environments
Experience supporting pricing or cost build activities, with a strong understanding of calculation methodologies for both product and services proposals, by working closely with our Proposal Finance and Program Finance leads
Deep understanding of U.S. proposal and acquisition processes
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
Ability to secure a Secret clearance
Must be a U.S. citizen.
