Strong math skills are required, as it will be needed to take measurements and work with electrical formulas.
Must have the ability to read and work from blueprints.
Must have the ability to troubleshoot and make repairs (i.e.: generators, motors, transformers, energy management system lighting controls, ATS, motor control centers, food service equipment, cranes, hoists, dock equipment, compactors, pumps, electric doors, smog units, detectors, sensors, solenoids, switches, starters, relays, etc.), working from service requests, engineering drawings or work orders.
