Awarded Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering

10 or more years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience in a defense industry production environment developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes

10 or more years of hands-on experience with manufacturing and building hardware from engineering design products

Must have the ability to analyze electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams

Microsoft Office suite experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Expert problem solving and analytical skills
