Successfully completed Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree in Foundry Engineering, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering

Extensive Experience in the foundry industry, specifically in investment casting, including relevant process, design, and metallurgical knowledge as well as in quality assurance (FMEA, 8 Step, etc.) as well as knowledge or qualifications related to non destructive testing methods (dye penetrant inspection, X ray, ultrasonic wall thickness measurement)

Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
