Previous experience working as an **HVAC Service Technician** performing maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC equipment.
**EPA Section 608 Universal Certification** required.
Completion of an **HVAC training program** through a trade school, technical school, or career center.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing RTUs, split systems, boilers, air handlers, or similar HVAC equipment.
Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related HVAC issues.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
Willingness to participate in an **after-hours and weekend on-call rotation** after training.
Ability to work the regular schedule of **7:00 AM to 3:30 PM**.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment and materials, work from ladders, and perform physical maintenance tasks.
