Required Education: Prefer BS, MS, or PhD in Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Knowledge of machine vision algorithms (blob analysis, edge detection, morphology, feature extraction, classification, metrology).
Data retrieval, plotting, and analysis using Excel, MATLAB, or Python.
Hands-on experience with optical systems, imaging hardware, and measurement instruments.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers, to understand metrology requirements and deliver results that are effectively interpreted and applied.
7+ years of engineering experience in optical metrology, machine vision, or measurement systems.
Measurement system development or characterization
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C# for data manipulation and system integration.
