Associate degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology is preferred.
Associate-level education in design, drafting, or CAD is beneficial.
Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD is preferred.
Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is preferred.
Knowledge of MicroStation is preferred.
Ability to learn new software tools and processes quickly is a plus.
Desire to grow professionally within an expanding utility energy division that supports major utility clients across the Midwest.
Interest in long-term career development, including potential preparation for FE and PE licensure with support from the engineering organization.
Interest in utility, energy, or infrastructure projects such as distribution, reliability, construction services, site development, survey, storm water, transportation, and wastewater is advantageous.
