Must be able to work outdoors in extreme and varying weather conditions and temperatures.
**Lifting/Movement:** Constantly lift and/or move objects up to 20 pounds; regularly lift and/or move objects, equipment parts, and tools up to 50 pounds or more; and occasionally move objects up to 100 pounds or more.
**Stamina & Mobility:** Spend extended periods standing and walking on varying, possibly uneven surfaces, maneuvering throughout the yard and around large equipment/obstacles. May also remain stationary for long periods (standing or sitting). Move into different positions, including bending and stooping, to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces.
**Dexterity:** Use hands, fingers, and arms to manipulate tools, equipment, and small parts with precision and control. This includes constantly performing repetitive motions such as gripping, twisting, turning, fingering, handling, feeling, or making repeating motions and reaching.
**Senses:** Good vision and hearing are essential for safely operating machinery, reading technical manuals, and communicating. Must have close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
**Safety:** Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection at all times.
**Technology:** Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
