5+ years of experience in fuel operations or a related field, with demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced operating environment.
Proven ability to manage and develop field-based teams, including drivers, technicians, attendants, or other operational personnel.
Ability to forecast fuel demands and product allocations
Strong understanding of fueling operations, fuel distribution, fuel storage, inventory management, and onsite fuel delivery;
Demonstrated ability to manage fuel suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage invoicing, purchase orders, fuel usage records, reconciliations, and other financial documentation.
Knowledge of applicable fuel-handling and workplace safety requirements.
Ability to work primarily onsite at a large-scale construction project
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
