Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
2–4 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction.
Hands-on experience with construction management, including coordination of subcontractors and field activities.
Experience in commercial construction environments, with an understanding of typical building systems and processes.
Familiarity with project scheduling practices and tools, including the ability to read and interpret construction schedules.
Familiarity with construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for project communication and documentation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in documentation, tracking, and reporting.
Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a project team in both office and field settings.
Experience with commercial construction management software such as CMiC or Viewpoint.
Exposure to subcontractor management, including bid coordination and scope alignment.
Experience assisting with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
Interest in developing long-term skills in construction management and project supervision.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications and support field implementation.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
