3+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial construction or paving projects.
Demonstrated experience in construction management, including oversight of field operations and subcontractor coordination.
Proven ability to develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
Strong commercial and financial understanding, including the ability to evaluate how project decisions impact budgets and profitability.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including the ability to prepare reports, schedules, and project documentation.
Ability to perform physical and manual labor as needed, including lifting up to 70 pounds and working in active construction environments.
Experience in construction and paving, particularly asphalt paving, with familiarity in asphalt materials and processes.
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to project sites across the United States.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ability to lead onsite teams, enforce safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship under demanding schedules.
