Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Strong Technical Writing and computer skills including fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
Hands on experience with coaxial cable assembly manufacturing is a plus
Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment is required
Fundamental knowledge of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, including assembly and testing
Experience with and/or exposure to AS9100 quality standards is a plus
Experience interpreting work instructions to connect test equipment is preferred
Prior experience with mechanical and electrical operation of test equipment is preferred
Prior experience reading and interpreting specs (blueprints, schematics, etc.) is preferred
Experience working with ERP and/or MRP systems is a plus
Industry experience 3+ years minimum is preferred
Associates Degree or higher in a technical discipline is preferred
Occupational and/or military experience in leu of education will be considered
