Minimum of 5 years of progressive, hands‑on quality experience within manufacturing, optical, aerospace, or precision‑engineering industries.
ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CQT, CSSGB, etc.) are highly advantageous.

Understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DVT, DFM, DOE, Gage R&R;, Measurement Analysis, SPC, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, DMAIC, PDCA, FAI, and related quality methodologies.
Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility in quality systems, process control, or product assurance.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9102, MIL‑STD‑810, MIL‑PRF‑13830, ISO 10110, and other relevant industry standards.
