Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
7-10+ years of progressive experience in spa or hospitality management at a senior leadership level.
Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-revenue facilities ($10M+ annual turnover).
Must obtain RAMP Certification.
Must attend and successfully pass a CPR and First Aid training course.
Advanced financial acumen and experience with P&L; management.
