Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 5 years of related experience; or a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 3 years of related experience

Mastery of analog (Op-amps, regulators, RF) and digital (logic, microprocessors, FPGAs) circuits using tools like pSpice, LTspice, and MATLAB.

Expertise in hardware interfaces and encoding schemes including UART, I2C, CANBUS, and high-speed Ethernet (10/100/1000BASE-T).

Proficiency in EMI/EMC troubleshooting (MIL-STD/FCC), complex PCB layout (signal/power integrity), and firmware development in C, C++, or Python.

Experience with data acquisition systems, cable design and manufacturing, troubleshooting experience with electromechanical control systems and circuits.

Experience with standard electrical lab equipment - Oscilloscope, DMM, IR tester (or similar)

US Citizenship required.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. 6-10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials management, manufacturing operations, reverse logistics, product lifecycle management, asset disposition, or related hardware supply chain roles.

Experience supporting complex hardware, cloud infrastructure, data center, manufacturing, or technology supply chains.

Experience with excess and obsolete inventory, product transitions, end-of-life planning, material disposition, or recovery programs.

Experience working with contract manufacturers, logistics providers, suppliers, recovery partners, or recycling/IT asset disposition vendors.

Competitive base salary and compensation package

Hourly Base Pay: $21.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
